Practice Areas
Mr. Gross’ practice includes the areas of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, CHAMPUS, medical laboratory regulation, fraud and abuse, and other healthcare related regulatory matters. He has handled extensive litigation before administrative agencies and in federal and state trial and appellate courts around the country pertaining to Medicare reimbursement and Medicaid issues, including Medi-Cal managed care and Boren Amendment claims, and other regulatory matters.
