Hooper, Lundy & Bookman represents health care providers and suppliers in all 50 states.  We are expanding our east coast regulatory practice and are looking for one or more Medicare reimbursement lawyers for our Washington, D.C. office with experience representing providers in court and before administrative tribunals including the Provider Reimbursement Review Board, HHS Departmental Appeals Board, Medicare Appeals Council, ALJs, etc. Lateral partner with business is preferred but will also consider partners/counsel/senior associates with at least five years of directly relevant experience and interest in developing own clients. Outstanding academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills required. Government experience a plus. Health Law Associate

Hooper, Lundy & Bookman, P.C., a leading national healthcare law firm, has an immediate need for a litigation associate with 2-5 years’ experience to join one of its California offices (Los Angeles, San Diego or San Francisco).  The position will have a primary focus on healthcare litigation, and the ideal candidate will have a strong interest in health law and policy, with demonstrated ability to handle multiple deadlines and a diverse case load.
