Admission to partnership in the firm is based on an associate’s performance in accordance with the high standards the firm sets for all of our lawyers. In order to be considered for partnership, attorneys must have practiced at least 8 years, and at least 2-3 years with the firm. Additional criteria include:
- Legal expertise and quality of legal services
- Responsiveness to clients
- Productivity, efficiency and an ability to handle multiple projects
- Compliance with firm policies
- Primary or secondary sourcing
- Billable hours
- Meaningful administrative contributions
- Ability to work with staff and other lawyers in the firm
- Compatibility and trustworthiness
