To support a diverse, equal and inclusive workforce, we seek to recruit personnel from a variety of backgrounds. We strictly prohibit discrimination on the basis of gender, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, marital status, veteran status, disability status or any other basis prohibited by law. The firm has also adopted the Mansfield Rule in attorney recruiting. The firm is guided by a strategic plan that is updated periodically to reflect best practices and input from members of the firm. Most recently, in January 2020, we undertook a firmwide survey, engaging all employees for their input to reflect the next iteration of the strategic plan.

The firm has an active Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee that is an essential part of bringing our commitment to life. The Committee fosters professional development of attorneys and government relations professionals from under-represented groups, supplements the firm’s efforts to recruit diverse candidates at all levels, bolsters retention and advancement within the firm of individuals from groups that are under-represented in health law and policy and firm leadership, and instills within the firm a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.

Hooper, Lundy & Bookman is pleased to announce the publication of our 2021 Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Annual Report. Click the link below to view the report.
