Regulatory Associate - Washington D.C.

Litigation Associate

Looking for an outstanding litigation associate with 1-3 years’ experience to join its Los Angeles, San Francisco or San Diego office.  The position will have a primary focus on litigation in state and federal court, False Claims Act litigation, and healthcare fraud and abuse enforcement actions and investigations. The ideal candidate will have outstanding academic credentials and superior writing, advocacy and communication skills, an interest in health law and policy, and the ability to handle multiple deadlines and collaborate effectively with attorneys across different offices. Former clerkships will be viewed favorably.  This is a unique opportunity  to get out from behind your desk and have an active role on interesting, challenging cases. Partner/Counsel
