Regulatory Associate - Washington D.C.
Looking for a regulatory associate with 1-3 years of experience to join its Washington, D.C. office. The position will support the firm’s robust regulatory and reimbursement practices, which handles provider reimbursement issues, Medicare Appeals, Federal litigation under the Medicare Act and APA, licensing and certification, provider operations, compliance, and graduate medical education matters. The ideal candidate will have outstanding academic credentials, strong writing and oral skills, excellent organizational skills, and strong interest in health law and policy. Candidates with Federal court clerkship experience, other relevant government service, or experience with the Provider Reimbursement Review Board (PRRB) are particularly solicited. Looking for an outstanding litigation associate with 1-3 years’ experience to join its Los Angeles, San Francisco or San Diego office. The position will have a primary focus on litigation in state and federal court, False Claims Act litigation, and healthcare fraud and abuse enforcement actions and investigations.
