“My choice to join Hooper, Lundy & Bookman was a simple one,” said Ms. Cammarano. “I have worked with the firm’s attorneys for the past eight years as a client, and prior to that, many of the firm’s attorneys have been my opposing counsel, my co-counsel, or my partners when I was in private practice.  I appreciate the firm's deep bench strength in all aspects of the laws and the challenges that affect health care providers, and I know that these lawyers are responsive, strategic, practical and effective. I am looking forward to working with a firm whose values and commitment to the health care industry are in such strong alignment with mine.”

Ms. Cammarano’s practice will focus on representing health systems, hospitals, and other health care providers in all types of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, joint operating agreements, affiliations, financings, advising and representing providers on tax matters and Attorney General investigations and proceedings, providing counsel on governance and executive compensation issues, and strategic planning in a complex and constantly changing regulatory environment.

"I'm delighted to welcome Terri Cammarano to the Business Department,” said Charles Oppenheim, HLB Business Department Chair.  “I've known and worked with Terri for more than 20 years, and her tremendous experience and dedication to her clients make her a wonderful addition to our team."
