Profile

Emily Brodkin is an associate in the business department of Hooper, Lundy & Bookman. Emily has experience representing clients in the health care industry in complex regulatory, transactional, and compliance matters. She has represented hospitals, health systems, pharmaceutical and device manufacturers, and established and emerging digital health companies.

Prior to joining Hooper, Lundy & Bookman, Emily worked as an associate for a multi-national law firm, focusing on regulatory and transactional issues in the health care and life sciences industries.  

Emily graduated from Tufts University cum laude with a degree in Community Health in 2018, and received her J.D. magna cum laude from Boston College in 2021, while simultaneously earning her M.P.H. from Tufts University that same year. During law school, Emily served as the co-president of the Boston College Health Law Society and participated in the Community Enterprise Clinic, where she helped a doula services company obtain 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status.
