Zach is an associate in the Washington, DC office and is currently serving a rotation in the litigation department. He received a J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a M.H.A. from The Ohio State University College of Public Health in 2021.
During law school, he interned for the Department of Health and Human Services (H.H.S.) in the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Division (C.M.S.) of the Office of the General Counsel (O.G.C.). He also was an honors intern with the Office of Counsel to the Inspector General (OCIG).
In addition to these H.H.S. internships, he served as a legal intern for the U.S. House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Crisis, worked as a fellow at Leavitt Partners, and interned for Select Health of South Carolina.
While in his dual J.D./M.H.A. program, he worked as a teaching assistant for a health law class and was an associate editor for The Ohio State Business Law Journal.
Zach graduated from Washington and Lee University with a B.A. in American History.
